Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific access control procedures.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.;
Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations with escalation to property management or emergency services.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance and security concerns.;
Support daily operations at the location by communicating with occupants, contractors, and delivery personnel while maintaining orderly access.
