Logistics White Glove Driver Helper / Warehouse Assistant

The Logistics White Glove Driver Helper / Warehouse Assistant supports delivery operations by assisting drivers with transportation, installation, and setup of high-value products while also performing warehouse duties. This role ensures safe product handling, exceptional customer service, inventory accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations.

• Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering products to customer locations.
• Safely transport products into offices, healthcare facilities, retail stores, and commercial locations.
• Unpack, assemble, position, and install products according to customer requirements.
• Remove packing materials and debris and provide professional customer service.

• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

• Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Use proper lifting techniques and PPE.
• Report accidents, incidents, and safety concerns immediately.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 pounds with assistance as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous logistics, delivery, moving, or warehouse experience preferred.
