BJ’s Wholesale Club in New Jersey is seeking a Distribution/Warehouse Manager to oversee the receiving, shipping, crossdocking and yard jockey functions, ensuring 24-hour merchandise turn and accurate receipt in line with BJ’s policies and procedures.
You will evaluate daily volume to determine staffing, manage vendor chargebacks, coach direct reports to achieve department goals, and maintain a safe work environment while optimizing flow of merchandise through the distribution center.
