Shift: Saturday-Sunday, 11:15am – 7:15pm (16 hours weekly)
Type:
Part‑time, starting at $12 per hour

Hourly increases: 180 days, 1year, and every 6months thereafter based on anniversary date.

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system
• Promote unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, or arms during shift
