Overview
Are you passionate about Programming and education? Ethlete Lab Academy is seeking a coding instructor to teach interactive, engaging, and fun-filled classes to students in grades 4–7 and 8–12. This dynamic role involves delivering 50-minute sessions focused on tech, strategy, and teamwork. Ideal candidates have strong presentation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
This is more than a teaching role—it’s an opportunity to inspire the next generation of gamers and industry professionals while growing your career by designing new classes and camps. Classes are held Wednesday (5–7:50 PM), and Saturday (11 AM–12:50 PM).
- Curriculum Development and Instruction: Design and deliver lessons on coding fundamentals including strategy, teamwork, and industry trends. Incorporate both theoretical knowledge and practical activities, such as game based learning and skill-building exercises.
- Student Support and Mentorship: Guide students in their programming journey, helping them explore career opportunities, develop essential skills, and achieve their personal goals.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to track student progress, including in-class evaluations and end-of-module reviews.

Collaboration:
Partner with other educators and industry professionals to enhance the curriculum, provide real-world experiences, and create opportunities for students to participate in competitions and events. - Community Engagement: Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters teamwork, communication, and respect. Lead esports events and competitions for hands-on learning.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in coding and programming to keep the curriculum current and inspire students with real-world insights.
- Experience: Practical experience in coding is essential.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are vital. A passion for esports and the ability to inspire and motivate students are highly valued.
- Education & Training: A degree or relevant experience in coding and education. Teaching qualifications are a bonus but not mandatory.
- Technology & Software: Familiarity with necessary software and educational tools (specific requirements vary by class).
