Horizon Education Centers is seeking a School Based Site Coordinator (Licensed Program) to oversee daily operations, support staff, and create a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a licensed school-age program
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and Horizon policies
• Supervise, mentor, and support program staff
• Build positive relationships with children, families, school partners, and community stakeholders
• Plan and implement enriching educational and recreational experiences
• Maintain program records, enrollment information, and required documentation
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that promotes child development and success

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with school-age children in an educational, childcare, or youth development setting
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Ohio child care licensing requirements is a plus
• Passion for supporting children, families, and community-based learning programs
