Job Title: Sr. Pricing Analyst

Location: Hybrid near Lakewood, OH

Schedule: Monday – Friday Pricing Manager

Salary: $120,000-$125,000 +$10,000 Sign on bonus (depending on experience)

(Sr. Pricing Analyst):

• Niche, high-impact role within a respected law firm Pricing Manager
• Focused on people-based pricing (attorneys, advisors, consultants – not products)

• Develop and manage pricing strategies for hourly professional services, including lawyers and consultants
• Analyze the financial impact of pricing and rate decisions and present insights into firm leadership
• Own the annual rate-setting process and ensure pricing consistency across departments

• 5+ years of pricing experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting, consulting, architecture, etc.)
• Strong experience with hourly rate setting and people-based pricing models
