Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 6am‑2pm

Pay: starts at $36.90/hour

• Install and assemble machinery following blueprints, schematics, and manuals; test to ensure correct operation.
• Perform welding, machining, and fabrication—fabricate guards, brackets, and mounts to hold equipment safely; create machine parts.
• Ensure machine alignment, including precise fitting of bearings, gears, shafts, motors, and couplings.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and general machinery by running tests; make temporary repairs; fabricate and/or install new parts.
• Rebuild and/or repair machines or assemblies to original operating conditions.
• Perform preventive maintenance (including vibration analysis) by identifying and correcting potential issues, removing worn parts, and lubricating mechanical parts.
• Communicate, discuss, and/or review repair problems with supervision, engineering, the tool room, production team leads, or vendors as needed.
• Use scaffolding and aerial lifts.
• Work in full compliance with OSHA guidelines and industry standards for industrial safety.

• Journeyman Millwright Certification required.
• High school education or equivalent; additional experience, training, or formal education beneficial.
• Forklift and rigging certification for operating forklifts or other heavy equipment to move machinery.
• Familiarity with cold heading, hot forging, grinding, CNC, and roll‑thread equipment—plus is a plus.
• Working knowledge and skills in operating a variety of small hand tools and devices.
• Self‑motivated, safety and quality conscious, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read, write, and understand written specifications, procedures, and prints.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and above‑average hand dexterity.
• Ability to use measuring devices such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Ability to operate basic maintenance equipment (saw, crane, shear, tow motor, roller, etc.).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds; bend, twist, turn, reach below the knee, push, pull, squat, and kneel.
