Psycho Social Therapies is a leading mental health agency specializing in long-term care, servicing the geriatric population residing in nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the state of Ohio. We are actively seeking a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Cleveland, Ohio area and its environs. Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication management for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to design, implement, and assess treatment plans.
• Regularly visit assigned long-term care facilities

Minimum Job Requirements:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in accordance with the state of Ohio.

Hold a degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at the level needed to assess and prescribe medication collaboratively with a psychiatrist as determined by the State Board of Nursing.

Board Certified

Psychiatric experience required.

Geriatric experience preferred.

Active DEA required.
