We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Critical Care Step Down Unit with a 14-bed capacity.
Key responsibilities include providing high-quality patient-centered care for populations such as Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, DKA, and Sepsis.
Primary duties involve
- EKG interpretation
- Managing rescue BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, trachs, and vents
- Assisting with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies)
- Applying critical thinking, delegation, and time management skills

- Managing rescue BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, trachs, and vents
- Assisting with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies)
- Applying critical thinking, delegation, and time management skills
Collaborate with Patient Care Nursing Assistants, Nurse Interns, Providers, PT, and OT.
Qualifications include
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS certification within six months
- One year of relevant RN experience for PRN roles, with certifications upon hire.
Preferred qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet designation.
