Cookie Crew

Overview

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Lakewood store located at 18508 Detroit Ave, Lakewood OH 44107, you are the primary point of contact with customers and you bake our warm, delicious cookies.

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream as needed
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

• Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focus with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational, and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
