O'Connell Motor Freight invites new drivers to join their Class A driver program with paid training at $850 per week. Graduates will train one-on-one with an experienced mentor, gain real-world driving experience, and move into an assigned truck once ready.
You can expect weekly or bi-weekly home time, plus a pet & rider policy. This program supports recent CDL school graduates as they transition into their first trucking job with a company committed to mentorship and safety.
