We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to support daily cash operations in a secure vault environment. This role involves handling and processing currency collected while following strict security and cash-handling procedures.

Job Description:

Handle and process currency and coins in a secure vault setting

Sort, straighten, count, and fold currency bills

Move and transport bags of coins weighing up to 40 pounds

Prepare daily cash deposits accurately and efficiently

Operate cash-processing equipment and related machinery

Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance

Maintain organization and accuracy throughout daily cash flow operations

Position Requirements:

Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must undergo a background and Credit check.

Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working in a secure, controlled environment.

Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a small team environment.
