As the heartbeat of our department’s admin operations, you’ll be the master of coordination—handling requests, assisting staff, patients, and visitors, and keeping everything running like a well‑oiled machine. Think of yourself as the superhero of organization, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed!
You’ll also dive into data like a detective—maintaining spreadsheets, tracking logs, and crafting reports that turn numbers into actionable insights. And as the trusted right-hand to our Department Director and Clinical Team Manager, you’ll help keep our team on the path to success.
What You Bring to the Table:- High school diploma or equivalent GED (because knowledge is power!).
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills (words are your superpower!).
- Fluent in English (because clear communication makes everything better!).
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word and Excel (spreadsheet wizards, we’re looking at you!).
- Experience as a unit clerk or in a medical support role (rockstar status!).

- Knowledge of medical terminology or coursework (speak the language of healthcare!).
