We are seeking one Associate Dentist to step into a meaningful role helping continue the legacy of a founding doctor. This is ideal for a dentist who wants leadership and collaboration — without the administrative burden or financial risk of ownership.

You will be supported by experienced office administration intentionally designed to remove personnel and operational obstacles so you can focus on what matters: patient care, growth, and clinical excellence.

Clinical Scope Comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, crown & bridge, pediatric dentistry, cosmetic services, implants, CBCT technology, and Spear-based continuing education. We follow evidence-based dentistry and value case collaboration.

• Daily guarantee $700/day or 30% adjusted production (whichever is higher)
