About the Role

The Revenue Cycle Manager is the strategic engine behind accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and clean financial operations for KWA's In‑Home Care Department. You will analyze data, identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and ensure that every step of the revenue cycle supports both compliance and sustainability.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving operational puzzles, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants their analytical skills to directly support community impact.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee the full revenue cycle for In‑Home Care services, from authorization to billing to reimbursement.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process enhancements that reduce errors, accelerate cash flow, and strengthen compliance.
  • Partner with scheduling, payroll, and care coordination teams to ensure accurate service documentation.
  • Monitor KPIs and produce clear, actionable reports for leadership.
  • Ensure alignment with state regulations, payer requirements, and nonprofit financial standards.
  • Support system upgrades, workflow redesigns, and cross‑department training.
What You Bring
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills — you can spot patterns, diagnose issues, and build solutions.
  • Experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or financial operations (home care or Medicaid/Medicare experience is a plus).
  • Ability to translate data into insights and insights into action.
  • Comfort working with large datasets, billing platforms, and reporting tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments.
  • Commitment to KWA's mission of serving diverse, underserved, and immigrant communities.
Why KWA
  • A mission‑driven organization with deep roots in Western Washington.
  • A collaborative, supportive environment where your work directly strengthens community care.
  • Competitive nonprofit compensation and benefits.
  • The opportunity to modernize and elevate revenue operations for one of the region's largest in‑home care providers.
