Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our travel team in a OUT PATIENT setting, in Lakewood, WA! This is a full time travel contract position.

• Active WA. OUT PATIENT license
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
• This position begins on 03/23/2026 and ends on 09/20/2026

Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, perform therapeutic interventions, document and track patient progress, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
