Talent Manager, Recruiter
About the Role
Pacific Heating & Cooling is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for our growing residential home services organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with cross-functional leaders, and takes pride in creating a positive candidate experience. You’ll recruit for a variety of roles across our home services teams including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, as well as dispatch, customer service, and office positions playing a key role in building strong teams that support our continued growth and expansion.
In addition to recruiting, this position provides essential administrative and compliance support to the Human Resources function.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer and onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for skilled trade and office-based roles.
- Maintain job postings and candidate pipelines across Indeed, Linked In, and other platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple departments to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
- Serve as a key administrative partner to the Human Resources team, supporting the accurate maintenance of confidential employee records and employment documentation in accordance with company policy and privacy standards.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources to ensure all recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and post-offer processes comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of EEO and fair hiring practices.
- Ability to ensure consistent and compliant interview practices.
- Familiarity with state and local employment laws (as applicable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Experience with offer development and negotiation.
- Strong sourcing skills (job boards, referrals, Linked In, direct outreach).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent college coursework with relevant recruiting experience also considered. Practical recruitment or HR experience may substitute for formal education.
- Recruiting experience in home services, skilled trades, construction, or service-based industries.
- Experience in high-volume or hard-to-fill recruiting environments
- Familiarity with hiring for field technicians and support teams
$23.00 – $30.00 per hour
