position summary

in this role, you will oversee concrete-related operations and specialty flooring projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge of concrete systems, experience with epoxy floor coatings, and proven leadership skills to manage crews and ensure high-quality project execution. Travel will be required.

  • effectively communicates and aligns the company’s vision, ensuring a clear and actionable direction for all teams

  • leads recruitment efforts by selecting, onboarding, and training new employees, ensuring a strong, capable workforce

  • oversees employee performance, conducts regular performance reviews, and collaborates with hr on key performance-related decisions

  • ensures proper maintenance and care of company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets, keeping them in optimal working condition
  • oversee daily concrete production operations across multiple job sites
  • supervise epoxy floor coating installations to ensure proper application and quality standards
  • lead, train, and manage crews to maintain safety, productivity, and workmanship
  • coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment requirements
  • ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with scope
  • perform quality control and resolve field issues as they arise
  • communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams
experience & education requirements
  • associate or bachelor's degree in construction management or business preferred along with 2+ years of experience as a foreman/manager in the construction industry or a combination of education and experience demonstrating a proven track record in the field
  • general knowledge of concrete production and hands-on experience applying epoxy floor coatings
  • excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including strong presentation skills, with the capacity to convey information clearly and effectively to individuals and groups
  • ability to understand, speak, read, and write in english.
  • ability to understand and converse in spanish is a plus
  • ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
