Homecare Performance Leader

Korean Women's Association (KWA) is seeking a full-time Homecare Performance Leader to support quality, compliance, and team performance within our In‑Home Care program.

This role is designed for a leader who enjoys coaching supervisors, using data to drive improvement, and ensuring high standards of care across multiple sites. It is not a traditional management role-it is focused on outcomes, consistency, and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Coach and support In‑Home Care Supervisors and Employment Coordinators

* Monitor program performance using KPIs and data tools (e.g., Well Sky, Power BI)

* Ensure compliance with Washington Administrative Code (WAC), AAA monitoring, and KWA policies

* Lead audit preparation, quality reviews, and corrective actions

* Support staffing plans, training, and workforce development

* Represent KWA with community and county partners

Qualifications

* Supervisory experience in home care, long‑term care, or human services

* Knowledge of Washington State home care regulations

* Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Ability to develop and conduct training
