The LPN Residential Treatment Facility is an excellent opportunity for licensed nursing team members to provide exceptional and comprehensive behavioral health care. As an LPN at Multi Care, you will sharpen your independent decision‑making skills, nurture your service‑oriented characteristics, and allow your interpersonal skills to thrive. Working in collaboration with residents, resident families/significant others, physicians/advanced practice providers (APPs), resident care staff, leadership and community partners, you will ensure the best possible resident health care outcomes and experiences.

• You will provide direct resident care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with the Washington State Practical Nurse Act.
• You will commit to professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.
• Collaborate with the care team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, resident experience, and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for residents, families, nursing staff, and members of the health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of residents from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or multistate license endorsement (MLS).
• Active BLS required prior to starting patient care.
• Previous LPN experience in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred.
• 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established Multi Care Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state.
• Food handlers certification within first 90 days.
• NPI number obtained upon hire.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $30.40 – $43.75 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
