Position:
Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

We are looking for a dedicated team member to fulfill merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
  • Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
  • Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  access.
  • Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Ability to download and use work‑related applications on personal device.
  • Capacity to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meet defined physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs. Physical movement of products from stock rooms to store floor and stocking shelves.
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25‑mile range of Tacoma, WA; secondary location Lakewood, WA.
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays. 5‑6:00 A.M. Start Time. JBLM Base Commissaries included.

  • Hourly compensation rate of $20.82.
