Music Sales Rep

Music & Arts seeks a Music Sales Rep to connect students, parents, and educators with the right instruments, accessories, and services. You'll drive retail sales, rentals, and lessons by providing knowledgeable product guidance, building relationships with school music programs, and delivering outstanding in store and phone/email customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining merchandising standards, processing rentals and repairs, meeting sales goals, and supporting events that promote music education.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of instruments, accessories, rentals, and lessons to meet or exceed targets
• Provide knowledgeable, consultative service to students, parents, and educators
• Build and maintain relationships with local school music programs and directors
• Process rentals, repairs, and special orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain merchandising, stock levels, and a clean, organized sales floor
• Support in-store events and outreach that promote music education and programs
• Use POS and CRM systems to complete transactions and track customer interactions
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Collaborate with store and school service teams to meet regional goals
• Stay current on product features, promotions, and music education offerings
