Two Coast Living is seeking a dedicated Painter to prepare vacated apartments for lease by delivering clean, professional paint jobs. You will patch, sand, prime, and paint surfaces, then perform cleanup and touch-ups to ensure readiness by move-in date.
You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday, using company-provided materials and maintaining your own toolkit. A valid driver’s license may be required to move between properties, and safety comes first in all tasks.
