Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician at Gables, you will provide signature service to residents, maintaining the community and ensuring a high quality living experience.

• Provide HVAC repairs, plumbing, and electrical installations, and carry out general repairs.
• Complete touch‑up paint, unit inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain the appearance of vacant and occupied apartment homes to the Gables standard.
• Serve on call on a rotational basis, any 7 days of the week, 52 weeks a year.
• Complete day‑to‑day tasks and meet required deadlines for recurring community needs.

• Solution‑driven, effective at managing repairs and installations.
• Experience in building maintenance, unit inspections, and related trades.
• Task‑oriented, punctual, comfortable working independently and on a team.
• Committed to the community’s overall appearance and motivated to maintain Gables standards.
