Lakewood, WA. Home Care Supervisor, $23.92 - $26.00 hour. Includes Medical/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance, Paid Time off, 11 Paid Holidays, 401 (k) after 1 year.

As our Tacoma/Lakewood Home Care Supervisor

You're the master of schedules, ensuring that our clients receive the care they deserve precisely when they need it. With each task you complete, you're not just ticking boxes;
you're making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks
- Some college
- Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
This is a golden opportunity for a full‑time role based in the vibrant city of Lakewood, WA. Your typical schedule will run Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Get ready to work in an environment where your contributions are valued!
