Lakewood, WA. Home Care Supervisor, $23.92 - $26.00 hour. Includes Medical/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance, Paid Time off, 11 Paid Holidays, 401 (k) after 1 year.

As our Tacoma/Lakewood Home Care Supervisor

You're the master of schedules, ensuring that our clients receive the care they deserve precisely when they need it. You thrive in creating a supportive environment for our caregivers, empowering them to provide exceptional care with compassion and dignity. With each task you complete, you're not just ticking boxes;

you're making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks

• Some college
• Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities

This is a golden opportunity for a full‑time role based in the vibrant city of Lakewood, WA. Your typical schedule will run Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Get ready to work in an environment where your contributions are valued!
