Assistant Manager

This position pays $17 - $26 an hour with opportunities to earn bonuses, paid sick leave, medical benefits, paid vacation, employee discounts, and a promote‑from‑within program.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; verbal communication with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use calculator.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately perform precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, moving mechanical parts, sharp edges, and exposure to cornmeal dust. Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, and hand tasks required.

Deliver product by car to customers; deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Navigate adverse terrain and multiple flights of stairs while carrying product.
• Deliver pizzas within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Drive and walk between store and delivery vehicle.
