Pay and miles

$900 per week while you train
$1,000 weekly minimum for 3 months once you go solo
$1,200 to $1,300 average per week
$0.51 per mile to start
1,900 to 2,100 miles weekly
Home every two weeks
$15 stop pay, monthly bonus

New CDL? Here is exactly what happens

You apply, we call you. A recruiter goes over your license and record with you before anything else, so there are no surprises.

Orientation, up to 2 days. Hotel is provided and your one-way bus ticket is reimbursed. You get $300 for orientation once you are hired.

4 to 6 weeks with a mentor. You drive, your mentor rides with you and coaches you on backing, trip planning, logs and fueling. Training pay is $900 per week.

You go solo. You get your own assigned truck from a fleet that averages 1.5 years old, with 10-speeds and automatics. Plus $1,000 a week guaranteed for 3 months while you find your rhythm.

On the road

Who can apply

Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older
New driver with a 120-hour school certificate, or 6 months of recent experience
Record: no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no DUI/DWI in 10
Pass DOT physical and drug screening (hair and urine)

The things new drivers ask most

"I have a ticket on my record." Up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years is fine. The recruiter checks yours with you on the first call.
"Will getting to orientation cost me money?" No. Your one-way bus ticket is reimbursed and the hotel is on us.
"Will my pay drop when training ends?" No. You have a $1,000 weekly guarantee for your first 3 months solo.
"How often will I see home?" You are home every two weeks.
