The State of Colorado is seeking a Pre-Collegiate Advisor to coordinate and implement pre-collegiate services under Colorado GEAR UP. This role serves as an advisor, mentor, resource, and case manager to student cohorts with the goal of increasing high school graduation and college readiness.
Under general supervision, the adviser will perform specialized duties, mentor students, build partnerships with postsecondary institutions, manage budgets, and support program reporting.
