Healthcare Administrator
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Healthcare Administrator to join our team at Lamar Estates
, a premier Assisted Living Facility in Lamar, Colorado. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and services to our residents while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. - Oversee daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility, including managing staff, residents, and families
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional resident care and services
- Manage budgets, authorize expenditures, and supervise financial transactions
- Ensure timely and effective communication with residents, families, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and facility operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives to drive growth and improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Colorado
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or similar healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising healthcare teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary: $110,000 - $145,000 ANNUALLY
