As a Dietary Manager with Lamar Estates, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility's dining program, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their individual needs and preferences. With a focus on excellence in patient care, you will work closely with our culinary team to plan, prepare, and serve delicious meals that promote healthy living and foster a sense of community among our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the dietary staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

• Conduct food safety inspections and maintain accurate records

• Coordinate with facility staff to ensure seamless meal delivery and service

• Manage inventory and budget for food, supplies, and equipment

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement food and nutrition programs that align with our company's mission and values

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
