AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing position in LAMAR, Colorado.

• Provide direct patient care to women in labor, through delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
• Conduct assessments, monitor labor progression, prepare for C‑sections, inductions, and document nursing care.
• Administer care during labor, post‑delivery, and postpartum, including infant care and patient education.
• Prepare delivery room, provide emotional support, and coordinate transfers.
• Administer IV medications, adhere to infection control principles and OB department policies.

• Registered Nurse graduate with current Colorado licensure.
• Current CPR certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Certification, and ACLS within one year of employment.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an LD RN.
• Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted).
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NRP, CERT‑FHM, CERT‑STABLE.

• Position identified as L&D RN Supervisor; prior leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of obstetrics nursing and neonatal experience required.
