Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Colorado is seeking an LPN or RN to provide pediatric and young adult home care. You’ll work one-on-one with patients and families, with flexible Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN shifts and the option for rapid credentialing.
This role offers structured scheduling (Thurs/Fri 7am–7pm noted in posting), premium pay, and benefits. Training is provided; a Stay Bonus is available for full-time and part-time staff, plus health, dental, vision, PTO and 401k.
