Climate Express Drivers make America Great one Mile at a time, and they run a lot of miles. The equipment used includes 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks which feature 68 cruise control, pedal automation, ergonomically designed seats, perfect steering, 70 L /96 W sleepers, larger built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, and satellite radios.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team is experienced and will dispatch you safely and legally. We run loads mainly in the middle corridor of the United States and will not force dispatch through the mountains of the West Coast or to New York City. Your truck will undergo regular maintenance and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. We want every driver to feel at home, not just a part of the trucking industry.

Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay our professionals loaded and empty on practical miles, offering up to 5%-7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over 100k last year.

We support families by providing a balance between work and home. The basics include dry van and reefer loads (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat, 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook, 100% no‑touch freight).

23 years of age or older. 1 year of experience. Must be willing to drive OTR. No more than 4 serious driving incidents.
