Company Driver – Dry Van – Lamar, CO

Climate Express, Inc. offers a full‑time Company Driver position based in Lamar, CO. The role requires driving 2022 or newer Volvo 760 tractors on OTR dry‑van routes.

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 (automatic)
• 70‑L/96‑W sleeper, larger than average built‑in refrigerator
• Auxiliary power unit, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radio

Our experienced operations team dispatches drivers safely and legally. Trucks receive regular maintenance and the shop is available 24/7. Drivers are expected to follow traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. The operations department is available 24/7, and all staff know each other by name.

Primary routes run through the Middle Corridor of the United States; drivers will not be dispatched over the mountains of the West Coast or to New York City.

Pay ranges from $1,430 to $1,860 per week, based on experience and work record. Compensation includes paid miles for loaded and empty loads, with a 5–7% surplus over short‑mile companies. Additional benefits include annual raises, merit awards, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100k last year.

• Must be at least 23 years old
