As Campus Principal, you will serve as the instructional leader and chief administrator of the campus, fostering a culture of high expectations, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work alongside dedicated educators, students, families, and community partners to ensure every student is challenged, supported, and inspired to succeed.
What You'll Do- Lead and inspire a positive campus culture focused on student achievement, safety, and belonging.
- Champion high-quality teaching and learning through instructional leadership, coaching, and professional development.
- Use data to drive instructional decisions, improve student outcomes, and close achievement gaps.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community through open communication and collaboration.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and evaluate outstanding educators while fostering a culture of continuous growth.
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal policies while effectively implementing campus procedures.
- Oversee campus operations, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
- Promote innovative instructional practices that prepare students for success in college, careers, and life.
- Create an engaging, safe, and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
- Serve as a visible, approachable leader who celebrates achievements and inspires excellence throughout the school community.
- Master's degree in Educational Administration or a related field.
- Valid Texas Principal Certificate or other appropriate Texas administrator certification.
- Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) Appraiser.
- Deep knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and best practices in education.
- Proven ability to evaluate instructional programs and improve teaching effectiveness.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing personnel, budgets, and campus operations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative leadership style that motivates others and builds strong, trusting relationships.
- A commitment to equity, innovation, and creating opportunities for every student to succeed.
- Minimum of two (2) years of successful classroom teaching experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal.
