Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 8AM–5PM Friday 8AM-12PM | No evenings or weekends South Plains Rural Health Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Pharmacy Technician to join our Big Spring team. The ideal candidate will support pharmacy operations, assist patients with professionalism, and contribute to a positive clinic environment.

All employment offers are contingent upon a drug screen, background check, and proof of current seasonal influenza vaccination.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare, label, and organize medications according to established procedures and under direct pharmacist supervision.
  • Maintain accurate quality control, inventory, and pharmacy records.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly pharmacy environment.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service to patients, providers, and staff.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, computer systems, dosage calculations, and medication brand/generic names.
  • Assist the pharmacist in compliance with all local, state, federal, and organizational regulations.
What You’ll Bring
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy record-keeping requirements
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required
