Your role involves making critical decisions, resolving conflicts, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including the children, their families, and external professionals. With your expertise and leadership, you play a pivotal role in creating a safe, caring, and enriching environment for the children, facilitating their overall well-being and future success.
8am to 11pm; 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern
