Reporting to the Head Chef, you can expect your working day to include the following :

• Prepare and cook a range of breakfast items including eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries and other breakfast specialities according to established hotel standards.
• Ensure that all breakfast dishes are presented attractively and in accordance with the hotel’s standards for quality and consistency.
• Co‑ordinate with the wider kitchen team and breakfast front of house team to ensure a smooth operation during breakfast service, including special dietary requests and guest feedback.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock for breakfast service.
• Adhere to hotel quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards complying with current health & safety, food safety and fire regulations at all times.
