Role:Housekeeping Supervisor
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the team, deputising in the absence of the Head Housekeeper while maintaining a friendly, detail‑oriented approach. You’ll take pride in your work, remain calm under pressure, and exceed guest expectations by responding effectively to requests.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning rooms to our high standards and ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming.
- Promptly reporting maintenance issues and following safety guidelines.
- Working closely with the team to create memorable visits.
- Managing stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies.
- Training new and existing team members.
- Providing updates to the General Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
