Reporting to the Operations Manager, your working day will include the following:

• Maintain the highest standards of guest care, by offering a friendly, efficient, informal yet highly professional service. Meeting & greeting guests, dealing with guest complaints and comments.
• Liaise with HODs to ensure that standards are continuously developed and maintained throughout the Hotel.
• Maintain full knowledge of all inner workings of the Hotel, including room rates, hotel policies, VIPs, hotel events and more.
• Support Food & Beverage departments, including functions and conferences.
• Support reception and night teams as required.
• Continuously review team behaviour, appearance, and performance.

• Strong leadership, management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Prior experience of a similar sized operation, including F&B operations, weddings, conference &banqueting and front of house.
• People focused, with strong attention to detail and the ability to lead from the front to ensure the team delivers a standard of service that meets the needs and expectations of our guests.
