Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Bar Staff located in the Blackpool area. Bar Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by professionally serving drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, handling customer inquiries, ensuring cleanliness of the bar area, managing cash transactions, and maintaining inventory. Additional duties may involve assisting with training and supporting team members to ensure efficient bar operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience with Food & Beverage service and basic knowledge of drink preparation.
• Proficiency with Cash Handling, including operating tills and managing payments accurately.
• Ability to assist with Training and supporting team members as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
