Lancaster University Students' Union provides excellent services and opportunities to support and inspire our diverse population of over 16,000 students to make the most of their experiences  are looking for a Sugarhouse Manager as part of a strong and supportive wider team.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the Sugarhouse venue during term time, delivering a minimum of two extremely busy student nights a week, and additional evening and late-night events throughout the year.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service in a high-pressure environment.
• Working flexible schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Performing hands‑on operational tasks at the venue.

Qualifications and attributes:

• Previous experience in events or hospitality management is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a high-pressure setting.
• Team player with initiative and positivity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
