Partingtons is seeking a Hospitality Associate Trainee for our Blackpool Parks. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract offering £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year. This role provides a structured training programme aimed at progressing to supervisory or managerial roles.
The programme is divided into two levels, with the opportunity to learn all aspects of food and beverage operations and hospitality management. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to learn and adapt across various departments.
Strong communication skills and time management are essential for ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
