As our Hotel Reservations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the reservations process from start to finish for our guests. You'll work to ensure that guests have a seamless experience when booking their accommodations and that all reservations are accurate and up to date. This includes managing reservation systems, communicating with guests and other departments within the hotel, and ensuring that all reservations are properly documented.
You'll be responsible for managing room inventory and rates, as well as overseeing the work of reservation agents and other staff members.
- Oversee the complete reservations process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage reservation systems and room inventory, including rate management.
- Communicate with guests, front‑desk and other hotel departments to resolve reservation issues.
- Document and maintain reservation records in compliance with hotel policies and regulations.
- Supervise reservation agents and provide coaching and training.
- Strong leadership skills; ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills; able to present complex information concisely.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities; use data to make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail; review reservations to ensure accuracy and resolve issues.
- Extensive industry experience; deep understanding of hospitality regulations and compliance.
