As Housekeeping Supervisor at Offshore, a newly transformed destination on the seafront of Lytham St Annes, you will be at the heart of the team, deputising for the Head Housekeeper and ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience. Offshore features 99 beautifully designed rooms, a wide range of drinks, and fabulous accommodation.

• Clean rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming.
• Promptly report maintenance issues and follow all safety guidelines.
• Manage stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies.
• Train new and existing team members in housekeeping best practices.
• Provide regular updates to the General Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Deprecate in the absence of the Head Housekeeper, maintaining a friendly, detail‑oriented approach.

• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for cleanliness and maintaining high standards.
• Ability to thrive in a supportive team environment.
• Calm under pressure and able to exceed guest expectations by responding effectively to requests.
• Experience in housekeeping or a related supervisory role is preferred.
