We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead our vibrant F&B operations at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool. As our F&B Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation, leading our bars, restaurants, events, and food service teams to deliver outstanding experiences every day.

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing F&B team.
• Recruit, train and develop talent, helping team members reach their full potential.
• Create a fun, engaging and positive working environment where people love coming to work.
• Drive sales growth through innovative promotions, upselling opportunities and creative initiatives.
• Analyze performance and take ownership of revenue, profit and cost control.
• Deliver excellent guest experiences and consistently exceed expectations.
• Maintain exceptional service, food safety and brand standards across all F&B outlets.
• Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to maximize efficiency and results.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement new ways of working.
• Lead by example with a visible presence on the floor during key trading periods.

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• A proven ability to increase sales, manage budgets and improve profitability.
• Experience driving promotions, events and commercial initiatives.
• Outstanding guest service and communication skills.
• A hands-on management style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
