Lead from the front – Take full ownership of our kitchen operation, inspiring and developing your team to consistently deliver exceptional food and memorable dining experiences.

Bring creativity to the table – Drive menu development and innovation across Platform 9 Bar & Kitchen, creating exciting, fresh and commercially successful dishes that appeal to both hotel guests and the local market; in line with both IHG brand standards.

Deliver exceptional standards – Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation and service, ensuring consistently high-quality dishes across breakfast, all-day dining and meetings and events.

Develop a winning team – Recruit, coach, mentor and motivate your kitchen brigade, building a positive, supportive and high-performing environment where everyone can thrive.

Take ownership of kitchen performance – Manage food costs, gross profit, labour budgets, stock control and purchasing, balancing commercial performance with outstanding quality and guest satisfaction.
