Maintenance Technician - Fabric

Fabric Maintenance Technician – Building Services Maintenance – Door to Door, Overtime + Vehicle + Package

We are recruiting for three Fabric Maintenance Engineers to work in their Service and Maintenance team. These roles are based in the Manchester area, with daily travel to client sites within a 20‑mile radius. A van is supplied and tools are available for weekly checks, on‑site repairs, and buddying up with other engineers.

The organisation has seen steady growth, doubling in size over the past four years, and has contracts signed up to a full order book through to 2029 already.

Performing PPMs, repairs and call‑outs there is an on‑call rota 1 in 5 currently across the Region.

• Salary up to £30,000 OTE £38,000 with overtime and door‑to‑door travel.
• 40‑hr week – door to door.
• On‑call payment – £145 per week.
• OT time weekdays, evenings and weekends.

• Used to performing repairs to various buildings – Essential.
• Trade background & health and safety knowledge – Desirable.
• C&G or NVQ level 2 or above trained – Desirable.
• Full driving licence – Clean is desirable.
• CRB checked – Essential.

This would suit someone who has worked within Building Services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or Hire organisation or within other industries.
