We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our growing team covering the Blackpool, Fylde, Preston, Southport, Morecambe and Lancaster areas. This role involves working within the domestic social housing sector, carrying out a variety of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks in tenanted and void properties.

• All aspects of joinery including doors, frames, skirting, kitchens, flooring, and roofing repairs
• Reactive maintenance and planned works
• Minor multi-trade tasks (patch plastering, basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)
• Working in occupied and void social housing properties
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner
• Experience working in social housing (preferred)
• Skilled in patch plastering, basic plumbing and tiling
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
